MAXIFLOW UNIT
A unique compact semi-automatic solution for high pressure gas supply. This manifold integrates many different high pressure components in the central changeover block. Due to this specific design aspect, potential leakages are inimised. This ensures high safety standards and eliminates uncontrolled gas consumption, creating additional profit for the user.
MAXIFLOW BRASS BLOCK CONTAINS FOLLOWING COMPONENTS:
- 2 inlet connections with sintered filters
- two regulators for semiautomatic operation
- inlet shut-off valves at both sides
- purge valves for high pressure part purging and for pressure release
- two HP gauges (contact gauges optionally)
- pressure relieve valve
- outlet connection with ball valve
Semi-automatic auto-change gas manifold for compressed gases with inlet pressure of up to 300 bar. This product can ensure continuous gas supply without any application process interruption. Manifolds have the option for fitting contact gauges to relay information regarding gas depletion. It is a dual-stage regulation unit giving stable outlet pressure parameters. The unit consists of a brass changeover block which is the stable base for installation of other components. There are few internal connections which means minimal risk of leakages.
Semi-automatic auto-change gas manifold for acetylene. This product can ensure continuous gas supply without any application process interruption. There is a variant available with contact gauges to give information about gas depletion. It is a dual-stage regulation unit giving stable outlet pressure parameters. The product is designed and produced in accordance with ISO 14114. The inlet manual quick acting shut-off valves and regulators are tested according to requirements of ISO 15615. Also fitted on the outlet is a flashback arrestor GVA90 (EN 730-1, ISO 5175) and an isolating ball valve.
